Rev. Cynthia McKennaThe Rev. Cynthia McKenna is the Rector of Trinity Episcopal, Fredericksburg and one of four Diocese of Virginia facilitators for Congregational Development.  Mother Cynthia, a graduate of the College for Congregational Development, is quite inspirational and enjoys exploring with congregations myriad aspects of church health. 

The College for Congregational development uses various lenses to look at congregations of all sizes. Mother Cynthia's goal for the visit is to begin a conversation about who we are as a congregation, and start to articulate strengths using a lense or two. 

The meeting will be held in our Parish Hall and a light continental breakfast will be served.  So please come early with an appetite for some food before the meeting begins.  And bring a hunger to discern what God and the Holy Spirit have in store for our little mountain mission church.
