Before beginning to read the text – take time to familiarize yourself with the book. If your copy has a book cover, read the information on the front and back inside flaps.
Look at the Table of Contents. The organization of the material has given us a way to plan our time together. We will cover the three major divisions in our first three meetings and then take time to wrap up our sessions by revisiting any topics which anyone wishes to address again or dig deeper into areas we may have neglected to cover.
On Page 355 you will find a Reader’s Guide. Please feel free to make use of it. Some of our discussions may stem from these prompts. It is not necessary for your participation but it will help guide your reading and comprehension of the material.
