Join us for our service of Healing & Holy Eucharist, Rite II, for The 7th Sunday of Easter: the Sunday after Ascention Day, with the Rev. Martha Clark.

Our LIVE service begins at 11am.  Thanks be to God for declining COVID-19 transmission rates in Clarke County, where hospitalizations and deaths continue to remain low.  Because of this masks are now optional for in-person worship, but are still available in the Narthex, with hand sanitizer stationed throughout the church.

If you are more comfortable continuing to keep your distance, we understand.

You can still join us for online worship, via Zoom, using the following link:

The Collect for Ascension Day:  Almighty God, whose blessed Son our Savior Jesus Christ ascended far above all heavens that he might fill all things: Mercifully give us faith to perceive that, according to his promise, he abides with his Church on earth, even to the end of the ages; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory everlasting. Amen.

Readings for Ascension Day:

The Collect of the Day (7 Easter):  O God, the King of glory, you have exalted your only Son Jesus Christ with great triumph to your kingdom in heaven: Do not leave us comfortless, but send us your Holy Spirit to strengthen us, and exalt us to that place where our Savior Christ has gone before; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory everlasting.  Amen.

An Easter Prayer:  O God, who for our redemption gave your only-begotten Son to the death of the cross, and by his glorious resurrection delivered us from the power of our enemy: Grant us so to die daily to sin, that we may evermore live with him in the joy of his resurrection; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.  Amen.
